Treatment tools used in men's pelvic rehabilitation

Every plan is built from your evaluation. These are the treatment methods available in clinic and used only when they are clinically appropriate for your findings and goals.

In-clinic services

What treatment may include

Your therapist explains each technique before it is used, and you can decline any part of treatment at any time.

  • Dry Needling

A fine filament needle releases hyperactive trigger points in the pelvic floor and surrounding muscles to reduce pain, relieve tension, and help restore autonomic nervous system balance.

  • Biofeedback

An external sensor provides real-time visual and auditory feedback on subtle muscle activity — essential for retraining pelvic floor coordination, strength, and relaxation.

  • Manual Therapy

Skilled hands-on techniques mobilize joints and soft tissue to reduce pain, decrease muscle guarding, and restore range of motion in the pelvis and surrounding regions.

  • Breath Work

Retraining the diaphragm–pelvic floor connection releases pelvic tension and improves core function. It forms the foundation of treatment.

  • Cupping Therapy

Gentle suction lifts soft tissue to release deep muscle tension and improve local blood flow — effective for myofascial pain contributing to pelvic dysfunction.

  • Postural Correction

Targeted exercise and awareness address spine, pelvis, and hip alignment to relieve abnormal strain on the pelvic floor.

  • Kinesiology Taping

Elastic tape supports muscles and joints without restricting movement, reducing pain and giving sensory feedback for better movement patterns.

  • IASTM

Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization detects and treats fibrosis and restriction, promoting healthy tissue remodeling.

  • Virtual Therapy

A secure video platform for assessment, education, and guided exercise programming — one-on-one care from home.

  • Shock Wave Therapy

    Coming soon to the clinic.
