Finding the suite
Enter the main lobby and take the elevator to the second floor. Exit left, then right, left, and left again to Suite 247. There is a seating area nearby if you arrive early. A “Please Don't Disturb” sign means your therapist is with a patient — text 214-425-0236 when you arrive.
Insurance & policies
Blue Cross Blue Shield is the only insurance accepted in network. For all other insurers, Rezilient is an out-of-network provider, which allows a full hour of one-on-one care without restrictions. Detailed superbills are provided for potential reimbursement, and payment is due at the time of service.
Initial evaluations are typically 60–90 minutes. Cancellations require 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a $50 fee.
